We are the
sole & rightful owners of all videos we produce. It is
illegal for anyone to duplicate our videos without our permission.
When you purchase a video or season package you agree to the
terms that you will not broadcast, duplicate, copy, or reproduce
our videos in any way or by any means whatsoever other than
for the use in which it was originally intended. You are not
allowed to create highlight videos with our footage without
prior notification. If you violate this agreement, lawful
action may be taken against you. In addition, if you have
purchased a season package you will forfeit the remainder
of the season without any refunds. ALL
VIDEOS ARE WATER MARKED WITH OUR WEB SITE DOMAIN NAME.
We do not issue refunds of
any kind for finished products or projects which require a
“work in progress” process, such as Personal
or recruitment highlight videos. Once an order has been placed
for a highlight video, the work may begin immediately, as
we attempt to clip games as the season progresses. Therefore,
highlight videos of any kind are not eligible for refunds.
You may, however, Cancel a service within
72 hours from the order date. Meaning
that if you book AE Sports Videos to record or photograph
a game or event, you have up to 72
hours, from the order date, to contact us
via e-mail or phone. You must receive an acknowledgement from
an AE Sports employee that we received your cancellation request
or the cancellation will not be valid. Also, the
72 hour period is not applicable to games
or events that are booked within 72
hours of the game or event date. For additional
questions or details concerning cancellation of services or
refunds of any other type, please continue below and feel
free to contact an AE Sports member once you are done if your
questions have not been answered.
We do not give refunds for
High School/Middle School package commitments. If you purchased
a package as part of the minimum requirements for us to record
your season we can not issue refund for any reason. However
we can issue you a credit towards future purchase with AE
Sports Videos & Photography.
In the event we are unable
to provide service such as "highlight videos" for
any unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the customer a

purchased a season/tournament package and for any reason
we determine we will not be recording the remainder of your
season or your child gets hurt or ill and is unable to finish
the season, we will refund the remaining games minus the
games already received at full game weekly price ($20 for
youth leagues / $25 for middle & high schools, prices
subject to change). A doctors letter will be required for
injury refunds. We will evaluate the reason your season
was discontinued where applicable.
We do not offer a refund for
players who get removed from the team for
"no pass, no play" policy, are not
starters, have little to no playing time or for player ejections.
If you purchased a middle/high school season package and your
child gets moved to another team that we are NOT recording,
we will offer a partial refund for the remainder of the season.
However, we WILL require a letter from the coach or school
We do not give refunds for
any missed games due to schedule changes, bye weeks, missed
plays, or bad weather conditions. We cannot give refunds due
to poor environment conditions such as poor lighting, confined
recording area's, or uncontrolled spectator behavior such
as standing in from of the camera or foul language. If we
fail to record any game due to other obligations on our part,
then we will give a full refund for that missed game.
We are a professional Video
company. It is absolutely prohibited to copy our DVD's for
any reason other than for a personal backup. If we find
that you are making illegal copies of our DVD's we have
the right to take legal action. If you choose to violate
this agreement and you have purchased a season package from
us, you will forfeit your package for the remainder of the
season, and the money is non-refundable.
DVD's are non-refundable.
Defective DVD's maybe returned within 14 days of the purchase
date for individual weekly games and
14 days after shipment for season/tournament
packages, for a replacement of the same exact item. DVD
games cannot be exchanged for a different game date. You
are responsible for the postage fee to return the defective

(You will be required to provide your Name, Address, &
All games are recorded with Sony Hard Drive cameras. They
are converted on pc to mpg format then converted to DVD
vob format. Our preferred choice of media is Memorex
DVD -R. You may want to check with your
DVD player manufactures manual to find out if your player
is compatible with this media type. We have found that 90%
such as Sony, Phillips Magnavox, & JVC are compatible
with media we use.

In the event
you are not satisfied with our services for a digital download
package we will refund you your package price minus each week
you used the subscription. We do keep a log file of each download
that will contain your email, IP Address, Game Downloaded,
Date & Time. If you are having issue's please call us
within 24-48 hours
after your subscription has been activated so that we can
provide you technical support to help resolve your issue.
We do not offer refunds
for any orders that the images are pre viewable via our
web site. If your order was damaged during shipping you
will have one week to contact us for replacement.
Customer Satisfaction is very important
to us. If there is anything we can do to improve our service
to you, please let us know at email@example.com
. If something about your order is not to your satisfaction
we will make it right with a reprint or a refund. We only
require one thing from you, you must send us the photos
you are not satisfied with for replacement or refund.
If there is an issue with your order,
we may make several attempts to contact you. However, it
is YOUR responsibility,
as the consumer, to contact us with issues regarding your
Orders Return Policy: We do not offer
any refund for custom orders such as posters. We will do
everything in our power to make sure your custom order is
to your liking, however, once again, it is your responsibility
to contact us within 2 weeks after your order has been placed
with any concerns you have so that we can resolve the issue
Policy: If you select standard USPS
(United States Postal Service) as your shipping method and
you do not receive your order within 20 business days you
will need to contact us immediately following the
20 day period. You have 30
days from the purchase date to contact us
regarding replacement. If you do not contact us within the
30 days you will be required to pay a replacement fee in
addition to Fed Ex (Signature required) shipping fee's.
Not contacting us within 90 days from the date the order
was placed voids your order.
Please remember that when returning
any item to us for refund or replacement, use a tracking
service and PLEASE
be sure to package all items properly. We will issue an
exchange for any item that was damaged upon return &
