Our Digital Download Refund Policy

In the event you are not satisfied with our services for a digital download package we will refund you your package price minus each week you used the subscription. We DO keep a log file of each download that will contain your email, IP Address, Game Downloaded, Date & Time. If you are having issue's please call us within 24-48 hours after your subscription has been activated so that we can provide you technical support to help resolve your issue.
